Initial interview was a phone screening by the HR/Recruitment department. Sortly after that, an interview with the hiring manager was done to discuss my pervious experience and some details of the position. Finally, an interview with the entire laboratory team was done to discuss my skills more in depth as well as my personality and opinions on the work.
