I applied through college or university. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Sanofi (Swiftwater, PA)
Interview
I submitted my resume through my university's career services portal, and interviewed on campus. I didn't receive that the position, but a few weeks later I received an email asking me to come to the Swiftwater campus in order to interview for a different position. When I arrived I met with two engineers with the company in order to interview. It centered almost exclusively on personality questions and finding company fit. All in all, it was a pretty normal interview.

Question 1
One weird question:
"So let's say you, my friend here, and me are in a car on Mars. While your driving the car gets a flat tire, what would you do?"
It was 3 rounds. First is call with recruiter. Second is interview with hiring manager. Third is panel interviews with the whole team. Can be anywhere from 1 - 4 panel interviews.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Sanofi in Sep 2023
Interview
Interview process was timely and straightforward. Included a screening, then two thirty minute interviews with plant management. The S anodized website had a lot of good resources for what to expect from the process and how to prepare for an interview. I did not get an offer, the team did not provide feedback on the decision
