Interview
It is a two phase interview, firstly a telephone screening interview to determine your suitability for the job and learn more about your background/skills. The second phase is a face to face interview split in two parts, the first part is general questions about you and your ambitions as well as attraction to the role. The Second part is a competency based interview, answered in a STAR format for usually 3 or 4 areas of competency linked to the role such as risk, leading people, change management etc.
