Santander Call Center Agent interview questions

The telephone interview was professional and simple, the questions asked where pretty basic but required detailed answers. The personal dealing with my interview was very friendly and welcoming, it made it much easier and calming. I was then processed to the next stage of 'Experience day' which will include role play, taster session, a tour and a one to one conversation. Most of the questions where based on my ability to make quick strategic decision in a working environment.
