Interview
First stage was the phone interview, a few competency questions and providing actual scenarios within customer service.
Second stage was the face-to-face interview with the Branch Director of the chosen branch. This was split into two parts: (1) the mini maths test & (2) an in-depth version of the phone interview but with added PB scenario questions

Interview
The interview was simple and straight forward. Did not feel it was challenging enough. However, it seemed it is a good atmosphere to work in. I can see the people who worked there enjoy the company.
it was ok. The company is great. Please take notice. It was an amazing opportunity. People are great. Very supportive. Very nice. People need to tread carefully. Please negotiate. Be careful. Very rude.
