Interview
First there was a unplanned but pretty informal phone interview process, mostly just check my suitability, asking about customer service & what I knew about Santander (which threw me off as it was unplanned). It was fine and I got through to the face to face interview stage in branch.
Next, 30 minute test - accuracy and maths test. Accuracy test was easy just like online, and the maths test was pretty basic (and I'm not that great at maths so ..). Lots of percentage questions, some fractions, decimals etc - I'd advise practising on Khan academy or something though you do get a calculator
Then competency questions and "tell me a time when ...". These questions were ok, just prepare some scenarios from your previous experience like, when you had to work with someone you didnt get like etc
Pretty standard straightforward process, the staff were lovely too.

Tell me a time when you confessed something to a manager even though the consequences may have been negative (didn't understand this question at first but its essentially asking when have you told your manager something about other colleagues you've witnessed and told your manager even though your colleagues or you may have got into trouble)

Applied online via indeed and had a video interview within about a month after applying. Not a difficult process and questions were mainly behavioural questions centred around communication skills and problem solving in different situations
