Extensive, seemed excessive for the job. They asked us about pre-booked holidays, these were noted down, but when it came to actually getting the time off they did not honour the promise.

Just your average customer service interview, asking a lot about previous experience and to give a lot of examples of different situations based on previous experience. Overall it was very standard for a customer service interview
Video interview where you’ll be asked a series of questions. The process isn’t too haunting but very well to prepare in advance to ensure you can answer properly
