I applied online then was told to further the process I had to go to the open house. I left work early to go, then they told everyone they had to reschedule, but I demanded to be seen that day because I couldn't leave work early again another day. I received a job offer the following week by a recruiter (barely ever answered her phone) who said she would email me all the background check and hiring paper work the following day....I didn't receive anything until a week later and they wanted me to start the following Monday. I didn't officially know anything until the Friday before I was supposed to start because I had to wait for my background check to clear. I barely could give any notice to my boss.
