It was in-person interview. I was interviewed by 2 people: The operational risk manager and the head of operations. they were friendly and the made the interview seem more like a conversation.
Behavioral interview with 2 people. one was the team manager he was very chill and nice. some technical questions about operational risk. it was around 30 minutes. overall it was not that bad at all and it was your typical interview.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Santander (San Juan, PR) in Mar 2014

I was transferred from another entity so I didn't have to interview. The CAO in PR asked me if I was interested in coming to Boston and after I agreed they just called to tell me about the new role
