Application process was simple, no cover required, just CV and forms. Many online tests, situational numeric etc. Long wait between applying, online tests and phone interview. Phone interview was very nice, typical motivational questions: why this scheme? Why santander? And competency: tell about time you were part of a successful team? A time where you were set back? A time where you went above and beyond for client.
