I applied in-person. I interviewed at Savers (Houston, TX) in Jun 2015
Interview
The interview process was fairly simple and easy. If you practice the STAR you should well. I submitted my application in person and called to check the status within a week. The week after I received a job interview in which was fairly common sense questions. ANOTHER technique to doing well on any interview is holding mock interviews with a classmate, family, or friend.

I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Savers (Montreal, QC)
Interview
Very fast and easy. A few questions on the resume from an old job. questions about the team and difficult situations. I didn't wait long, although I know that a lot of people wanted this job.
it was just a psychometric test where they filter out anyone who they think will cause issues and also anyone who is disabled, since this is an automated process it seems that any information regarding disability isn't taken into account
Easy asked me about experiences I had and was very nice and easy going. I liked the interview process and felt comfortable. It was nice and I felt confident and comfortable
