I had an Initial get to know you interview with hiring manager, and subsequent technical interview with 4 more senior folks. They told me about the job and asked more specific questions about my experience

Phone call screening before passing through to next rounds. You'll hear back about the next steps about a week after initial screening. Applicants wait after screening for the Hiring Manager to gather enough relevant resumes, and then await an email letting them know that the HM would like to move forward, or a detailed, personalized explanation for why they are choosing a different candidate.
