I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Schneider Electric
Interview
Two stage interview. Adequately conducted, not too complicated (although a numerical reasoning test has been introduced since some time ago, which might confuse some people). Similar to any other usual interviews - questions about educational background (applied for an entry level position, the company tends not to bring people for mid level positions from outside), industry knowledge, personal attitude, thesis topic.

Question 1
Education background, why do you want to work here, what do you know about the industry
The interview process went smoothly and didn't drag on. The company was great with feedback and next steps. It was more of a conversational interview with team members that clearly understood what the job was and what they were looking for.

Interview
Very good experience from the initial recruiter call to hiring manager, and final panel interview.
The whole process was well coordinated, and I was kept in loop throughout the process. Interview felt more like a conversation than just a question and answer session.
traditional and following the process can work. Typically 4-5 rounds depending on teams but I got one more for location match. Overall not a bad experience compared to others I had. Flexible and work around your schedule
