I applied through my school's job database. I got a call from a nice, Schneider electric recruiter. I interviewed with the recruiter right then and there. I was told later that day, that I was given a next-round interview at the location itself. I was given an offer, and had to go back and actually apply through the Schneider Job Database (since I just send resumes to the listed person on our job database). Great, fast and easy experience.
