The process was very predictable. I interviewed for warehouse position. I was offered another position before i heard back from Scholastic. However, I did not get offered the job.

Easy interview very informal. Hiring manager wore jeans and had general questions. Was a quick conversation interview, nothing formal. Received a call back within two days with an offer. Pretty easy going company.

Interview
I completed an online application, then received a call from Scholastic to set up an interview. My interview was at the local warehouse with the supervisor. After she discussed the hours and types of work involved, she walked me through the warehouse. However, when I tried doing some of the lifting required for the job, I realized it would not be a good fit for me, because I was worried about injuring my back. However, if I had been physically capable for the work involved, I would have liked to take the position.
