I was head hunted for the job by recruiter who got my CV on website. I was informed about job specification and that Scottish Power did saw my CV, liked it so they would like to arrange interwiew in person. Interview was with panel of two managers. Job purpose was explained on the beginning and than followed by questions were examples facts and details were expected. All together very pleasant and relaxed atmosphere.
