Applied online, received an email within a week inviting me to a phone screen. Normal questions and I thought it went really well. Was told the hiring manager would review everything and I would hear something soon. Little did I know soon was within a couple of hours. Automated ADP message thanking me for my interest in the company, “however we will be pursuing other applicants whose background and experience more closely match our needs. Not sure why they wanted a phone screen because my resume stated exactly what I do in my current role. As well as my previous roles.
