Started with a phone interview with two managers, then had a 3-part interview with two managers and some of the shift engineers. Gave a great overview of what the position was like and ample time for questions.

The process was a three stage interview. The first was a panel interview with other engineers where they each asked various questions about the position and how your experience relates to said position. The next was a one-on-one with a hiring manager and last one was with a supervisor.

Not too bad pretty typical first interview where i explained previous work experiences and learned more about the job. Interviewer was interested in what i had to say however i wasn’t selected to move forward
