It was a paper review. They sent me a paper they wanted me to discuss in detail, and I prepared several slides with highlights. It was the only stage - no leetcode etc.

Interview
The interview was around 35 mins. My team is small (1 manager and 1 data analyst) and both were present for the virtual interview. They spent around 10 mins briefing me about Seagate and the main role of my team. After which they asked general questions and not much technical questions were asked.
Interview went okay. Had 2 interviewers, one was on time but the other joined late. They were looking for urgent full timer roles and shared about their work processes before asking me to introduce myself.
