Interview process was multistep. First, A screening with a recruiter, I interviewed with the Lead QA, Next a Manager, then a few devs and then finally with the rest of the QA team.
The interview with the devs was slightly technical but mostly about getting a vibe manly asking questions about previous experience and specific questions on cypress (I would prep for common cypress.js questions)
the interviews with management/QA Lead were more seeing if I would be a team fit
At the time it seemed like they had an issue with their previous QA team and they had fired a majority of them. Management was very clearly upset when I asked them why they were hiring for the position. As be warned that they will have you buy equipment for the company (a few thousand dollar computer). A really weird set up where you buy the computer but they "pay you back" but If you leave before 2 years of employment they will charge\deduct the cost of the computer from your pay
