I applied online. I interviewed at Seamless in Oct 2020
Interview
Very easy interview process. They are in a hiring surge, so they truly want to hire. The job description says that new graduates are encouraged to apply.
Met with sales manager and went through the call script. Make sure you review it, because they throw some objections out that you have to overcome. They allow you to use the script in your interview, so read it with emotion (and not just like a robot). They also asked to throw out objections to the sales manager when they are pitching you.
In terms of the product itself, I'm not so sure it is what the company says it is. A few of my friends, who are in sales, have signed up for the trial and told me that the information that the "artificial intelligence" pulled was blatantly incorrect.
Also, base pay is horrendous. In the interview, they tell you to expect between $40K and $50K a year, but the offer came in at $37K. One nice thing is that they pay commissions monthly instead of quarterly.
Overall, a great interview experience. Everyone was really nice and I enjoyed meeting everyone and learning about the product.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Seamless in Aug 2025
Interview
Two round interview process. The first round was with an internal recruiter and the second round was with a sales manager. Part of the second round was a scripted role play.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Wanted to know what my sales experience was and if I had any cold calling experience.
Very quick interview process just a 20 minute phone call with a recruiter and the second round interview is scheduled with a hiring manager. Second round they ask basic questions and then you do a mock sales call.Everyone was super responsive throughout the whole process.
