I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at SeatGeek (Los Angeles, CA) in Oct 2024
Interview
It was extremely long and they made you do take home work (press release). After making it to the final interview (5 interviews) I was denied. You would think that as another job opens up they would keep in touch as you made it so far, but nope. Pretty bad experience.

Question 1
Make a press release.
How do you prioritize things.
Horrible experience. I only had the recruiter call which left me with a very bad impression of the company. Recruiter had reached out after I applied. They called me 15 min late for the recruiter screening, and I had another work meeting in 15 min. I thought they weren't going to call, but they suddenly did call catching me off guard. Anyway, I answered whatever I could in 5 min after they took 10 min for their/company intro. I had questions about the role and the company, but they left me with like 30 seconds for me to ask my "questions". I was never interested in them after the call, it was a sour call and a sour experience. I didn't expect them to move forward given it wasn't a pleasant call, and of course they didn't move forward. I think I was a great fit for the role and would have done well there. I think the recruiter experience cost hiring manager a strong candidate!
It was a fairly standard process, I had a screening call with a recruiter and had a second interview with a product manager where they asked about prior experience and touched on some basic product questions.
My biggest complaint about the process was lack of communication. They never followed up to tell me if they want to move forward or not. I assume they decided not to because I got a survey asking me about the interview experience.
I sent an email after I got the survey, asking for confirmation if there were next steps or if they'd decided to go with other candidates, the recruiter never responded. If I take time out of my day to interview, the least I expect is an update on my candidacy if you're going with other candidates.

Question 1
They asked pretty standard product questions as this was early on in the process
