I applied online back in September of 2017, initially for an Office Manager position, but got an email asking if I'd be interested in the open Customer Experience Specialist position instead. I had lots of customer service experience, so I was more than willing to make the switch. The interview process included a pretty quick, pleasant phone screen, then an in-office interview which lasted about an hour, and finally a video chat with the department director that also lasted about an hour. Each interview step was about a week or so apart. Everyone I spoke to was fun, kind, open, and encouraging, but the questions were challenging and you could tell they genuinely cared about hiring people that would not only fit the role, but would fit in with the team and the culture. Overall, it was the most lengthy and intense interview process I've been a part of, but I appreciated how thorough it was and was more than happy to accept the offer when I received it.
