The first step included answering 4 questions in written form. Scenario-based questions. I found most of my information in their FAQ. Then there was a phone interview. They asked what I knew about the company, and asked me what they do. They also asked if I had 24 hours where I could do anything (unlimited budget), what would I do? Finally, there was an in-person interview downtown Portland, where there was a pug in the office. It was really laid back. They asked start-up related questions, as well as a few behavior questions (STAR), and a "what if" about a worst-case scenario at SeatGeek. How would I handle someone who had a terrible experience at an event? That's about it.
Eventually, I got an email that I didn't get the job, due to not having previous startup experience. I guess it took about 4 weeks total from applying, until the rejection email.
I don't have anything bad to say. They were great.
