I saw the Patient Care Coordinator position on indeed May 1st and applied via their website the same day. 1 day later on May 2nd, I got an email to record a virtual interview (just me talking to me phone, no person. I just answered questions on a website, recorded my answers via video and some typing questions and submitted it. Took 20-25 minutes) I was impressed to hear back within 1 day! 13 days later, I got an email asking me for a video interview with a recruiter. I was on vacation so delayed my interview 1 week. This video call took 15 minutes. She was very very nice and willing to answer all of my questions. Asked questions like what made me apply for this position, tell me more about your work history, how would you handle an angry customer. She said she will forward this recorded video call to the hiring managers now and should hear back in 1 week to see if they will offer me the job or request a 2nd interview with me (with a group of people). Overall a very good and quick experience. I took me from May 1st to May 29th to complete this process only because I was on vacation which pushed it back a week so id say 3 weeks (1 month if hiring managers request a 2nd interview). She told me the hourly rate ($16/hr in FL), I asked what a typical day looked like, she told me PTO doesn't start until after training (which could be 3 weeks to 60 days) but all other benefits start right away (dental, vision, 401k). Explained ppl move up 6months-9months in the position. Lots of growth opportunities.
