Select Medical interview questions

Applied online, and interviewed by phone. Phone interview was pleasant enough. Was called in for a face to face interview. Interview was panel with a total of 6 individuals. Interview lasted 3 hours, with Round one with two individuals, Round two with three individuals, and then finally an interview with the phone interview individual. Interview was conversational and pleasant. Discussed previous experience (which fit the position like a glove). I followed up after interview. Was assured by the last individual that either way, I would be contacted with a decision. Two weeks passed with no contact. I reached out by phone. No reply back. Followed up by email. No reply. It is five weeks later, and no followup by company. This seems to be the culture for applicants in 2015. It is the very definition of unprofessional. If you apply for a position with this company, do not agonize over not hearing from them. Move on and apply to a company that will value your time, your education, your vast experience and your future contribution to their company. Just do not expect that courtesy from Select Medical.
