Easy and informative regarding company benefits team and job duties. Friendly jntervieeer and emplyesss. Nice building and interesting job description. Went to recruiter first then the on site interview
Interview was over the phone with regional manager . Spoke about past expirrance and qualifications. She was easy to talk to and ask questions. Then met with manager at facility level. Overall a good experience.
I applied online. I interviewed at Select Rehabilitation (West Palm Beach, FL) in Feb 2019
Interview
Pretty simple interview with basic questions. Talked about job requirements & what was to be expected. Pretty flexible hours, just boring work with not enough to do. Don't really need to prepare too hard for this type of interview. Just be prepared to float across from Boca to West Palm. That was the worst part was the drive for how much the pay is. Friendly conversation for the interview but overall not an ideal job
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
My experience, questions on resume, etc.
Not too difficult, very basic questions just wanting to see if you're comfortable with what they have to offer. Didn't really have to prepare. They ask you where did you graduate, what other experiences did you have in what facilities, etc. Nothing different from other rehab tech interviews. Was offered onsite after interview for the position. Had initial phone interview asking to come in for interview then met onsite with supervisor to go over questions. Was very friendly & easy to talk to.
I applied through other source. I interviewed at Select Rehabilitation (San Francisco, CA) in Aug 2017
Interview
I had two interviews within a week. I received an offer a few days later. The interview process was a very positive experience. I was able to meet the team during my second interview, and everyone was really friendly.
