Started off with 5 minute pre-qualification phone call (they called 15 minutes before scheduled time; good thing I picked up and didn’t ignore, or they would have immediately disqualified me), followed up by a more in-depth interview with a recruiter. Following that, they will send you a “multi-tasking” test. The “test” is totally ridiculous and has little to do with the day to day functions of the job; it’s 𝐈𝐧𝐬𝐮𝐫𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐞 sales, not Amazon or QVC order processing. You can’t practice or prepare for it, and you’re forced to navigate through multiple screens which you’re unfamiliar unless you’ve seen the layout previously. If you make it past that, you’ll interview with a manager.
They never bothered to respond to repeated emails or phone calls to follow up. Totally unprofessional.
