Semrush Junior Video Advertising Manager interview questions

I applied later in February 2022 and in the middle of March 2022 I received a form to complete about some responsabilities of the role. After that they scheduled an interview, which went good, and told me to do an assignment about the role. They told me they would reply within some days after completing the assignment. A week went by and I sent a follow up to which they replied schedulling the next interview. After that interview, they told me they would give me an asnwer within 2-3 days and that never happen. Had to sent to follow up emails in the following 3 weeks to receive a no. Overall spent almost 2 months in interviews/assignments.
