Most Mundane interview ever. I applied and got an interview after a couple of week's. There was some back and forth about pay, where I lowered my range significantly. Which didn’t bother me knowing that I’ve come from bigger companies, not everyone can match that. I only had one initial screening and the recruiter was extremely MUNDANE. Typically you can sense people’s interest based on tone and her tone felt as if she was not interested. Half of the call was me asking questions about the company and position but, she couldn’t go into detail on the position as she didn’t know enough. Which explains her portion of just talking about the company and asking me about my resume. I would’ve liked to have made it further in the interview process as my experience matched the job posting to a 'T'! I even followed up after the interview asking for feedback no response.
