The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Seneca Family of Agencies (Oakland, CA)
Interview
I applied and was called within the next week and invited to a group interview. The group interview was laid back with simple questions and I quickly learned that nobody in the group interview was applying for the same position as me. I was called the day after the group interview and was invited to take a computer test, again very simple just tested basic knowledge of Microsoft word and excel. After the computer test, I was contacted for a final individual interview, which again was fairy easy.

First, we started off by explaining who we are and our work background a bit. Then the Recruiter asked some questions. Then he explained each position and the company as a whole.
