Interview
I got a call from Seneca about a week or two after applying. Then I was called and had a brief interview over the phone about myself including details about the position I am applying for. The questions they asked were basically just seeing if I fit the minimum qualifications for the position.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Seneca Family of Agencies (Oakland, CA) in Sep 2018
Interview
Involved a group interview, followed with the interview at a site they thought fit for you. They would ask a lot of questions, and then in the group interview, you would freely answer and wait for a period where you would be able to talk. The group interview seems frightening, but it's not they make it a very relaxed environment.
