Applied online and got called the next day for a group interview. After, they call you if they're interested and ask for you to come in for computer based test. Still waiting for my results.

The interview process for this admin position consists of a phone screen, a group interview, a computer test and two in-person interviews (I interviewed with the recruiter lead and HR director and then again with another recruiter) The first in-person interview, they didn't seem to have any questions prepared so the HR Director mostly just went over my resume with me. It was pretty nerve-wracking because she was asking the questions in rapid-fire mode. I thought I did pretty badly because my nerves got to me, but they still ended up calling me back in. The second interview was with another recruiter. It was a much more friendly atmosphere and speaking with this person and learning more about the various projects really made me want to work for Seneca. I thought I did significantly better in handling my nervousness. I was rushed out of the interview because he had another appointment right after and we were already over our time (which I took as a good sign). Ultimately I didn't get the position but had a pretty good experience interviewing with Seneca. The only thing that irked me was that the wait in between calls are about a week so the whole process took over a month.
