A lot of questions about how you handle conflict. They were really concerned with one's ability to work in a team based decision making process regarding client care. Then they wanted to see if you could stand by your decision regarding client treatment even if others may not habe agreed, and how would you handle a disagreement with the team.

In person interview about 1 hour in length. Interviewer gave plenty of time for interviewee to ask questions. Interviewer seemed to want interviewee to have some prior knowledge and experience with the given population.

The process was very short and sweet. I applied, and received a call to schedule an interview the next day. Two clinical directors interviewed me and asked me a series of questions regarding my experience. They were extremely friendly and sweet!
