The group interview is one part of our hiring process at Seneca. One goal of this interview is to observe the interactions and collaborative skills between candidates as our employees at Seneca work as part of a multidisciplinary team. The ability to contribute and communicate effectively within a team are essential skills to have when formulating treatment options with our clients and families. The group format also allows us to provide detailed information about all of our programs and job opportunities as we directly tell the interviewees that they are not all being considered for one position and at the end encourage applicants to list all positions and geographical areas of interest to them. Given this, we can evaluate them for other opportunities that may be a better fit or more closely aligned with their professional goals and our needs. If you feel that you were not provided the opportunity to showcase your skills in the group setting, I am more than happy to schedule an interview with you directly. Please feel free to contact me directly at 510-317-1437. Lori Slominski, Director of Human Resources
