Interview
The hiring process went quite well actually. First, you have a phone interview. Next there is a GROUP interview. I was someone that listened to each question carefully, let someone answer the question first to get a sense of how the recruiter listened and responded but, after question 1 and 2, I was one of the first to answer all the following questions. They were really straight forward and I honestly enjoyed the group interview. This give you a chance to stand out.

Q: Why do you want to become a counselors, What are some qualities you need to be a great counselor? (not kidding--- You walk into a group setting with your kiddo's and one of the students says "I don't want that (b-word) working with me", how do you respond?", You see one of your clients after work and he has a brown bag with "something" in it and gives it to his friend - what would you do?"

Interview
The interview process was a good experience. There was a screening call that lasted about 15 - 30 mins and I was asked questions as to why I was interested in working with the agency. My next step in the process was to participate in a group interview in which the interviewer asked questions and presented scenarios that we may encounter. Following that interview, I got a callback and my onboarding process started after that.

Interview
Contacted for phone screening and group interview scheduling 10 days after application submission. Group interview with a few other candidates and two recruiters for various other positions at their San Leandro office. Contacted with invitation to schedule second interview with local team 4 business days after the group interview.

Interview
Phone screening. 1st official interview was a short chat with the principal and a walk through campus to give you a sense of the environments and how you would interact in that space. I got a second interview and did a 2nd walk through this time with a different age group. I was offered the role 3 days later.
