I applied on indeed and was contacted via phone a few days later. The phone interview was to get to know me and they explained the position qualifications. The 2nd interview was a group interview with 4 other people. We were all applying for different positions but got all the same questions. This process was long and kind of hard to not be repetitive since we were all answering the same questions. Most of the questions were situational. The 3rd interview was with 2 program supervisors they both switched off asking questions. Most questions were situational as well as previous experience. After this they were supposed to let me know if I got the job instead they scheduled a 4th interview!!!! This interview was extremely redundant most of the questions were similar to the previous 3 interviews. The overall process took 2 months. It was so long I had 5 other offers which I accepted another job even though I really wanted this job because they took so long to get back to me.

Thorough, complete and very professional. The first one is through the phone, the second is a group interview and the third one is directly one on one. The staff is very professional and kind.
