Friendly, non-judgmental and positive. I appreciated the environment and connection made with director. I felt welcomed, secure and safe to express myself. I was encouraged to think outside the box and demonstrate my ability to relate to others.

Bizarre experience. Very early in the interview process, I was asked repeatedly for a huge amount of personal info (ex: transcripts, background check, etc…) that I wasn’t comfortable providing without knowing whether my candidacy was seriously being considered. Later in the process, I politely informed the hiring team that I had chosen to go in a different direction and thanked them for their time. I got no response.

Lots of questions about how I would navigate being disrespected by coworkers.
A big group was interviewed, which was unknown to many of the applicants. It was an unstructured format and vague questions with answers that became redundant after such a large group. However the staff was very friendly and inviting!
