- Initial interview was timely and basic interview questions were asked. The front desk admin were hospitable and sincere throughout all my interview appointments.
- The next step was a computer test in word and excel to ensure knowledge of those programs.
- The next interview was with the Division's Director and went very well. Questions about my work and how I see myself doing this position. I was also able to feel like I could ask any questions that had come up from my end.
- Final interview was at their headquarters where I was asked similar job performance and personality questions as in the prior interview. I felt very comfortable and like I had a safe space to say whatever I was thinking.
-Throughout the entire interview process Seneca was extremely good with their communication and each time I received a call the following day about the status of my hiring process.
