Applied online and then played phone tag with the HR department for weeks. Finally scheduled an interview and once I passed the initial 1:1 interview, HR checked my references and then had a discussion about the jobs that were available at Seneca. When I discussed positions I would be interested in I went in for a second 1:1 for that specific position and got an offer two days later.
