They did a phone interview followed by two in person interviews. Direct supervisors were not present, and other admin staff facilitated the interview. Each interview took about an hour.

I was called for an interview 1 week after I applied online and scheduled an interview for a week following. I was told I would have a half hour to write a response to a case report prior to meeting with two supervisors for two different positions they were considering me for (also a TBS clinician). I was called for a second interview the same afternoon.
