Seneca Family of Agencies has a group interview, followed by a series of individual interviews. Many people are not given a chance to participate in the group interview process. If you make it past the group interview the site or workplace interested in your skill set will continue the interview process.

This interview was several years ago. First we had a group interview around a table, where a person from HR asked us questions -- I only ended up answering two or three questions total. Then I was called back for a one on one interview.
