The interview process was fairly simple and easy going. The only problem with this company is that they don't do the courtesy of interviewing all the interviewees. Once they find qualified candidates the company cancels on the candidates that may have scheduled interviews later on in the week. This process prevents other more qualified candidates to be interviewed, but allows the company to hire candidates that meets the bare minimum requirements.
