I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Sentara Health
Interview
I had to interview with 9 people before I was offered the job. And it took several weeks for recruitment to contact me. The entire process took way too long
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
I can’t even remember. I do remember the questions seemed canned and did not allow for a discussion or dialogue
Phone screen with the recruiter and then an interview with the hiring manager, which was pitched as an "informal interview". Throughout the call with the hiring manager, it was blatant that she just wanted to get it over with. She kept cutting me off to move the interview along. Feels like it was just to be a diversity check-box.
I applied online. I interviewed at Sentara Health (Norfolk, VA) in Feb 2023
Interview
There is no follow up after pre-screen questions or advising candidates of recruitment status. After weeks of waiting you find out job has been closed and no longer available. Total waste of time.
