First round was a phone call that lasted maybe 10 minutes with HR. She just asked me simple questions to make sure the pay, benefits, etc. all lined up with my expectations. It was painless and I received an email within the next day saying they would like to move onto round 2. Round 2 was a 30 minute video call with an employee who previously held my role at another office. She also asked pretty simple questions based around the role like my experience with technology, office administration, etc. I also had time to ask a lot of questions myself to see if I would be a good fit in this role and company. She was very helpful and it was more like a conversation than an interview, which was nice. Within the next day or two I received an email saying that I was invited in for the final round interview, which was in person. During this interview, I met the two managers I would be under in this position. Again, pretty simple questions just asking about my experience and how it aligns with this role. Questions about office management, my experience with data and report pulling, and them telling me about the position and exactly what I would be doing. It was a fun interview and I loved the conversations we had. I left so excited about the opportunity and really wanting to get the job... which I did!
