I started my application online. I waiting about a month to even hear back for in person interview. My online portal still said in review. The long wait for an in person interview was not worth it. They kept asking me questions that I didn’t feel relevant.
I applied in-person. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Sephora (Brampton, ON) in Sep 2020
Interview
it was a good process. I was asked to share my previous job experience and expand on my roles at those jobs and the types of duties and responsibilites i carried out there. The interview was heavily focused on them wanting to learn about my ability to interact with clients and the type of client experience I would be able to deliver .
