Got hired from the group interview. It felt more like a conversation with friends and the interviewers made everyone feel very welcome and comfortable. It flowed organically and everyone was given the space to speak.

First a phone call then an interview. The phone call was more about Sephora as a brand and what draws you to them. The Interview was general retail questions and some questions about Sephora and the company.
