I applied online. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Sephora (Sydney) in Nov 2023
Interview
They asked me about my previous role and if I knew any stock software, experience with make up and brands I like the most. Most of the questions ware about my previous role. I didnt get the job because I wasnt confident about my English (not bad but not native) I got nervous and I took some time to answer some questions.

Rushed and very tedious, some of the questions didn’t make sense as they were asking about family planning - probably discriminating against female employees that are older. They also took forever to get back to me with a response and only after multiple messages chasing them.

I applied online. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Sephora (Adelaide)
Interview
There are two interviews, the first round is a phone screen (around 10 mins) and the second is a virtual 1:1. I didn't get through to the second round interview but it was a good experience overall.
It was going well and smooth. I really thought I'd get an offer but I didn't. Probably because I look average to them. But I think that was fine. Okay.
