I was very excited at first but during the interview you can tell they didn’t want you there, and at the end they said they’re looking for someone with 3 years experience but if they have my resume and know I don’t have that then why interview me in the first place.

Tell us about a time you failed and what steps you took to overcome it
Very relaxed and friendly, encouraged everyone to socialise during the assessment centre. It was honestly so relaxed, we literally had TikTok time before 1-on-1 interviews.
The 1-on-1 interview wasn't incredibly organised, and I wasn't given time to ask questions specific to my job role, which was a shame as no one else in the office worked in the division I was interviewing for.

screening and one round interview. didn’t even receive a rejection literally got ghosted which is super unprofessional. interview wasn’t too difficult tho but bad on their part to not reject me

very structured and the person had a list of selected questions he had to go thorugh. asked me also to reproduce a under stress moment with clients.
