Sephora Sales Operations Supervisor interview questions

I interviewed with two hiring managers for the opening of their first UK store. The interview was more in-depth than any other interview I've ever attended. It lasted for about an hour as the managers were curious as to why I chose the retail field, why I didn't venture into anything related closer to my field of education, why I want to change jobs etc. I was told I would hear within a week, but I was ghosted for a month and only received a response after sending a follow-up. The recruiter is very unresponsive which is unprofessional in my opinion.
